Notice Description

The overarching aim of the Adult Services Directorate is to enable all communities, families and individuals to thrive, with a specific goal of investing in early intervention, reablement and prevention to maximise independence. The Direct Payments Support Service aims to compliment the Council's corporate priorities by ensuring that: * People live longer and have healthier lives; * People are safeguarded in vulnerable situations; * Independence is promoted for older people; * People are enabled and healthy lifestyles are promoted Independence for people with disabilities are promoted; * Communities are enabled to support themselves; * The City is kept safe. The Council requires a Support Service thst will provide insurance to individuals receiving Direct Payments. Contract Period: 1/11/19 - 31/10/22 + option to extend 2 years Additional information: All queries and tender responses must be submitted via the project on the www.wolverhamptontenders.com portal
