Notice Description

Westmorland and Furness Council is responsible for the strategic local services within the Council boundaries. The highways team within the Council is responsible for a highway's asset comprising over 4,343km of road. The Materials to be delivered under this framework are to facilitate highway maintenance works to repair potholes and worn-out carriageway and minor drainage and civil engineering works carried out by County's in-house operations teams. Suppliers wishing to express an interest and obtain access to the tender documents should go to www.the-chest.org.uk and click on current opportunities from the navigation area on the left of the screen. On the next screen enter the contract Reference (DN721640) in the box labelled 'contains' then click search. Click on the blue link for the contract title to view the opportunity.
