The Houses of Parliament is seeking to put in place a framework agreement from which it can choose suppliers to provide coaching and facilitation services at executive and managerial levels for individuals, boards, groups and teams. People development is an organisational priority for the House of Lords Administration and "fostering a skilled, united and diverse workforce" is a key value in the House of Commons Service Strategy 2016-21. To ensure that staff at all levels have the necessary skills and capabilities required to deliver the House Strategy, Parliament is focused on providing professional development opportunities, as well as strengthening its leadership and management capability.
