Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking a consultant to undertake a 'whole life costing' exercise to ascertain the sinking fund element for service charges of commercial units in mixed-use blocks in its current stock and reinstatement cost assessments. Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references.
