Notice Description

To perform the role of Principal Contractor in relation to this project. PC responsibilities for duration of construction. Under this appointment you will be required to fulfil the requirements of the Principal Contractor described in the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. Your appointment will remain for the duration of the project or until otherwise notified of any change by ourselves. To undertake all PDF works and provide the planing out and resurfacing of the carriageway including slip roads, scope and drawings associated with this scheme. To include but not limited to: - Produce and maintain Work Order programme. - Attend a pre-start meeting prior to commencement of works - to be organised by Client. - Liaise with Client and appointed Designer for technical queries. - Liaise with PC and provide information for H&S File as the scheme progresses and on completion. - Submit an Outputs Certificate on delivery of scheme regional promises - template to be provided by Client. - Involvement to attend meetings and provide construction methodology.
