SUNDERLAND CITY COUNCIL CONSULTATION: CARE AND SUPPORT AT HOME Sunderland City Council's People Services Directorate has responsibility for commissioning care and support at home for adults aged over 18 years. We are reviewing the current arrangements for care and support at home to inform our future commissioning intentions and are seeking the views of care providers to inform this work. To participate in these engagement providers can follow the hyperlink to the consultation document.
