Coast and Country Housing are seeking to appoint a suitable Contractor to carry out refurbishment works to a property under the Empty Homes Programme. A supply agreement will be established and a partnership will be developed over the cycle of the contract. Works to be completed are; A)Re-Wire and other electrical works (Certification Required) B)Heating System and Plumbing Works (Certification Required) C)Damp Proofing Works (Certification Required) D)Kitchen Replacement E)External Doors F)Roof repair works G)Plastering H)Decoration and other associated works I)Scaffolding access (where necessary) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
