Notice Description

The UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) would like to invite interested parties to attend a Early Market Engagement (EME) Event concerning the provision of services to deliver Poverty Reduction Programme in Zambia (ZPRP). ZPRP aims reduce levels of poverty and vulnerability within Zambia. ZPRP has budgeted approximately PS38.5m over six (6) years, with an anticipated start date of Q3 2024. FCDO invites interested suppliers to attend an Early Market Engagement (EME) session relating to the ZPRP programme and associated future procurements. This EME will take place 11:00-12:00pm UK time on Monday 4 March 2024 and will be online via Microsoft Teams, with representation from both the project office in Lukasa, Zambia and FCDO Commercial. This EME event is an opportunity for prospective suppliers to understand current planning for the ZPRP programme, to ask questions, and to provide feedback on any information shared for the Business Case. To attend this EME event, please register and log in to FCDO's eTendering Portal: https://fcdo.bravosolution.co.uk and complete PQQ_1571 before noon on 01.03.2024. The event will be followed by a questionnaire and attendees will be able to ask further questions. The PQQ functionality in the portal will be used as the channel of communication for this project going forward. Additional information: At this stage, FCDO seeks expression of interest in participating in the EME event. Non-participation in this event will not be taken into account in any future procurement. The purpose of this notice is to explore the market, inform the specifications and help us to decide on the best procurement route and strategy.
