Description of the modifications Extension of time agreed with ERDF Funding due to covid-19 Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor: Due to Covid-19 this has presented delays within time. Extension of time for the contractor has been granted for completion on 26th November 2021. No costs modifications have been approved for this contract modification.
