Works will be delivered on a design & build basis under JCT MWD 2016/SBCC MWD2016 and the Contractor will be expected to act in the role of Lead and Principal Designer. A National framework will be established with the award of single provider frameworks by region (lot). Works will be awarded by Direct Award procedure.
