The Council needs to procure external legal services for this current stage of the project and requires the following:- * Advice and ongoing assistance including associated agreements in relation to the proposed JV partner. * Advice and assistance including negotiations and future agreements with stakeholders. * Advice on existing option agreements and any future option agreements or land acquisition matters. * Advice relating to any land transaction between the Council and the LLP and all associated documentation. * Advice and assistance with planning agreements in relation to the development. * Ad hoc legal advice in relation to the project not covered by the points above (would suggest that an hourly rate is quoted for such matters). * Update the financing agreements
