Notice Description

The Pioneer Housing and Community Group (Pioneer Group) is a registered social housing provider based predominantly in Castle Vale, Birmingham B35. Serving 2400 homes and around 1000 leaseholders, we also make some provision to home owners on the estate to sustain a vibrant and sustainable community. We work under a number of familiar brands including Castle Vale Community Housing, Pioneer Places and Stockland Green Community Housing. We provide a number of tenancy types, predominantly social rented property, but we also offer homes under shared ownership, market rent, rent to buy arrangements. We are seeking a partner to deliver our money advice and debt advice services as detailed in the specification document. Interested bidders must be registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to provide such services. We are looking for a provider who understands the importance of quality money advice services, delivered face to face and in other ways, and we expect there to be provision to visit customers within their home when necessary. To apply for this opportunity, you should submit your proposal detailing: 1) How you will meet the requirements in the service level agreement outline 2) The structure of the service/staff numbers etc 3) Details of where you will deliver the services from and how you will ensure you meet the needs of Castle Vale and other residents 4) Links to your website 5) Details of your experience in delivering money advice and debt provision, including named reference details for at least two independent organisations who can comment on your ability to deliver such services. You should provide your express consent for us to contact these providers to obtain references. 6) Your GDPR or similarly named polices and details of (or a link to) your data privacy notice 7) Your equality, diversity and inclusion policy, statement or similar 8) Details of the arrangements you have in place to safeguard vulnerable customers, including the DBS arrangements you have in place for staff involved in delivering this contract 9) Details of your price to deliver services under this contract. 10) Details of your registration with the Financial Conduct Authority to provide such services. You should also submit your full company details, including the contact name, full address and company registration details. We will seek further details if your application is successful.
