Notice Description

Following a supplier (third party) information audit report for UKAEA, they identified the need for UKAEA to have a very structured Information Architecture, to train the IAOs and educate them on the best practice for managing UKAEA information / assets. In that regards, UKAEA has decided to engage a supplier that will design and implement information Architecture for the Authority. The Authority requires the delivery of an Information Architecture design and its implementation. The Supplier will take a lead role in engaging with IAOs, organise workshops and feedback to the Authority on their findings and a way forward. The objectives for the proposed solution are: * To know where to keep information and what repositories to use. * Ability to work more efficiently (encouraging reuse, avoiding replication, etc.) * To provide assurance that information management risks are being mitigated and that relevant legislation and regulations are being met. * To know which information asset(s) to keep and what to dispose of.
