Notice Description

In March 2021, the London Plan 2021 was published. The London Plan 2021 includes Policy H14 'Gypsy and traveller accommodation', which includes that the '...Mayor will initiate and lead a London-wide gypsy and traveller accommodation needs assessment'. This commitment responds to a recommendation by the Panel of Inspectors following the Examination in Public of the draft London Plan. Tender is issued on the portal ( procontract due north): https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert?advertId=41712ee8-4a79-ec11-8110-005056b64545 The GLA is now seeking to commission an external delivery partner with appropriate skills, knowledge and experience to undertake a London-wide Gypsy and traveller accommodation needs assessment. All documents must be submitted on the portal. The service falls under LTR under Health, social and related services (CPV 98200000-5 -Equal opportunities consultancy services) and as the total value is less then the LTR threshold, it will be a non FTS based contract notice or below threshold tender.
