The design and refurbishment of two children's playgrounds within the London Borough of Hillingdon. The services include for the removal of existing equipment, the installation of new equipment of predominantly metal construction and new surfacing all as set out in the Council's tender documentation. Additional information: Tenders for these services are being sought through the Council's e-tendering portal, www.capitalesourcing.com. Two lots are involved and the tenders received will be evaluated on the basis of 80% Quality and 20% Price.
