The Trust currently has a requirement to identify and target specific groups, representative of staff across the health and social care sectors in the SEL ICS to understand their: *Mental health and wellbeing needs *Define and obtain feedback on the staff support services currently available *Understand additional support initiatives which we should explore further *Test the concept and functionality of an online portal *Identify how the portal can be improved to increase appeal, access and utility Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
