Notice Description

Wealden District Council ("WDC") are working with Mayfield & Five Ashes Parish Council ("Parish") to create a replacement community centre incorporating a medical/health centre. WDC and the Parish sought to appoint a Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consultant ("the Consultant") to assist with the proposed design for the development of the new Community and Health Centre, Court Meadow, Tunbridge Wells Road, Mayfield, East Sussex TN20 6PJ. The Consultant will work alongside our architects Roberts Limbrick and our quantity surveyors Ward Williams and Partners in addressing and evaluating the mechanical and electrical assessments and associated works leading up to the determination of planning.
