PLEASE APPLY VIA THE KENT BUSINESS PORTAL & REGISTER HERE FOR FURTHER DETAILS: https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert?advertId=eb8fc63a-5301-ee11-8123-005056b64545&p=8691483f-2f3d-e711-80e1-005056b64545 Medway Council are looking to commission an organisation to scope and deliver a comprehensive perinatal mental health & parent infant relationship support offer focussed on attachment, development and parents/carers emotional wellbeing with children 0-2 years. This is a comprehensive but time limited piece of work that will support local delivery against the Family Hubs and Start for Life Programme Guide and service expectations. There should be an offer for Dads, co-carers and other carers, as well as mothers. Delivery of the offer will need to be developed and delivered iteratively, alongside mobilisation and delivery of the whole Family Hubs and Start for Life Offer locally. This will include working closely with key colleagues in Medway Council and external stakeholders to deliver at pace, to a tight time frame. There are specific requirements and timelines for delivering against aspects of the programme as set out in the Family Hubs and Start for Life Programme Guide and service expectations.
