NOTE: This notice was updated on 31 January 2024 for the following reason: Please note that this notice is withdrawn as there is an error in the link to the Expression of Interest in Delta. The Notice will be re-published by 9.30am on 31st January 2024(The Council (WBC) requires a valuation of its Property & Land assets in connection with Capital Accounting rules for the financial years 2023/24. WBC is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified firm of independent valuers with the relevant skills, experience, local market knowledge and resources to undertake this task. This is a one year revaluation and inspection of the Council's Operational Assets only and to me completed by May 2024. Please see Expression of Interest for further information and how to register your interest and participate in this process.)
