Notice Description
Salary Benchmarking Services NCH is seeking an independent benchmarking service to: - prepare ad hoc benchmarking reports as required for new and adapted role profiles - benchmark role profiles in line with the three-year cycle - provide annual pay forecast reports, to include insight into wider pay elements and reward. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
