The Council-owned One City Park site is a strategic site in Bradford City Centre with an area of 0.39ha (0.96 acres) and overlooks the Grade 1 Listed City Hall and the award winning City Park. The commercial accommodation may be made up of further Grade A office space or other appropriate commercial uses that will enhance the development's contribution to the City Centre and/or contribute to the overall viability of the scheme.
