Notice Description

Golding Homes need to re-procure their rent arrears case load management software to support the business to undertake effective arrears recovery. As part of this procurement, there is a desire to move towards a product which supports rent arrears trend data and analysis to differentiate between technical and non-technical arrears (customer payment patterns etc). The system is also required to undertake daily processing as an integral part of the required outcomes. It is envisaged that this will be a 2 year contract with option to extend by 2 further years as 12 months + 12 months. This is not a call for competition at this stage, it is early market engagement to fully understand the capability within the marketplace.
