Kitchens & Bathrooms Replacement Planned Works - North West Region
Notice Description
Accent Housing Ltd is seeking a contractor / contractors to deliver their Kitchen & Bathroom Replacement Planned Works in the North West Region of its portfolio. The Kitchens & Bathrooms will be procured as two separate Lots and contractors are invited to bid for both Lots if applicable. The successful contractor(s) will have a proven track record of providing these services/works. The initial contract period will be 36 months, with the options to extend based on 1 x 12 month extension periods - subject to performance All correspondence must be done via the In-tend e-Sourcing portal, emails will not be responded to. https://in-tendhost.co.uk/accenthousing/ Accent Housing Ltd is an English Registered Provider of Social Housing.
