Notice Description

This Procurement covers the supply and support of four replacement NLB (network load balancer) appliances: * Two production appliances; one to be housed in Astro House, and the other in Building 36 at Highfield Campus. * Two Pre-Production appliances; one to be housed in Astro House, and the other in Building 36 at Highfield Campus. o These will be used to handle incoming traffic on the Pre-Production instances of our hosted services, allowing us to test any changes prior to rolling out in production on Campus. o Additionally, this allows us to test new firmware releases in a non-service affecting environment before committing to installation in Production. * Recommendations from supplier and vendor regarding implementation best practices, and available functionality not currently utilised.
