Notice Description

*** This tender requirement was abandoned prior to a Contract award decision. *** The ESRC is seeking to commission an evaluation to consider the achievements of the NDA Programme . The evaluation will also build on and complement earlier evaluation activities that considered the quality and impact of aspects of NDA, including evaluations of individual research projects and an impact evaluation of the NDA Programme . *Bidders are strongly recommended to consider the final report of the impact evaluation of the NDA Programme (available on ESRC website - http://www.esrc.ac.uk/files/research/evaluation-and-impact/evaluating-the-impact-of-the-new-dynamics-of-ageing-research-programme-final-report/) before designing their approach. Additional information: UK Shared Business Services eSourcing As part of the strategic alliance between UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UK SBS) and Crown Commercial Service (CCS), UK SBS can use the CCS eSourcing Suite for future procurements. If you have not yet registered on the eSourcing Suite, this can be done online at https://gpsesourcing.cabinetoffice.gov.uk by following the link 'Register for CCS eSourcing'. Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so.
