This design team is urgently required to ensure risk of the entire programme's timeline being affected by a delayed appointment is minimised. This urgency became clear after Procurement liaised with key stakeholders from the Estates sub-group; John Cronin - Capital Programme Lead, and Christopher Robinson - Senior Estates/Project Manager, not only may it affect the timeline of the programme, funding for the design team role is related to the end of the financial year 2021/22.
