Notice Description

This is a contract variation to the original award letter dated 23 March 2021. The contract variation is required to identify further cost saving opportunities for the TransPennine Route Upgrade Programme. As a result of the change it is necessary to amend the contract value. The contract value has been extended by an additional PS250,000 excluding VAT. The approved increase brings the maximum cost of the contract to PS750,000 excluding VAT. This amount includes the original award value of PS500,000.
