It shall cover the following- - Personal characteristics for self-employment - Potential barriers to self-employment - Communication and team working - Decision making - Time management - Explain and present the business idea and examine strength and weaknesses Identify the product / service - Identify potential customers - Marketing and advertising opportunities The course shall offer guidance on how to develop ideas for a viable business and progress them into business plans that shall include access to finance, tax and relevant HMRC requirements of setting up a business.
