Notice Description
St Albans City and District Council is looking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for fire safety improvement work, at Cyril Dumpleton House, Haseldine Road, London Colney, Hertfordshire. This is a property owned and managed by St Albans City and District Council's Housing Service The property requires: - Fire compartmentation in the first floor loft space. - Additional ventilation into the loft space. A Site Visit is a required part of the selection process. The deadline for submission is 12:00 on 15th February 2019. Note - tender returns must be uploaded on Supply Hertfordshire/In-Tend accordance with the Instructions for Tender.
