Notice Description

Northamptonshire CCGs are looking to invest PS100,000 of Future in Minds CYP transformation funding through a lead provider arrangement to deliver a 12 month pilot scheme (with potential for recurrence) which provides an alternative to ED/A&E attendance for Children and Young People with acute mental health issues. An additional, one off PS25,000 investment is also included for setup including engagement and model development, workforce and training costs in relation to this pilot. The pilot sites will be based in Northampton and Kettering. The prospective provider will need to be: * Able to secure premises and establish appropriate services within these areas of Northamptonshire * Able to demonstrate a proven track record of working with children and young people with acute mental health issues * Able to demonstrate established relationships with the providers of ED/A&E services within the county, to enable appropriate flow and pathway management * Able to start the service from 1 December 2019 If you would like to express an interest in this opportunity, please complete the attached form and return to NELCSU.ProcurementNorthants@nhs.net by no later than 4.00pm on Friday 4 October 2019.
