Notice Description
Tamworth Borough Council are seeking to commission a specialist consultant to undertake a strategic capacity study to establish what level of housing growth could be accommodated by the borough's infrastructure. This project will form part of the evidence base to support a new local plan for the borough and will need to be prepared in accordance with the relevant national policy and guidance and best practice. Additional information: Quote documentation may be accessed free of charge at the Council's in-tend portal at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/tamworthbc.
