To summarise, the objectives of this provision are as follows: * Reduce the overall spend on placement costs. We aim to reduce weekly placement costs for a therapeutic residential by a minimum of PS1,500 - PS2,000 per week per child. * Having a provision which is identified for the exclusive use of Bromley, will improve care planning for children and young people ensuring the young people are provided with safe and secure placements when they are most in need. * Children and young people will benefit from the continuity of services including education, health, and children's social care support. * There will be a significant reduction in staff and family travel costs and time.
