The Maritime and Coastguard Agency's (MCA) Command & Control Programme (C2P) is undertaking discovery activity to understand the current operational, technical and organisational landscape, identify stakeholder needs, assess pain points, and begin shaping investment grade options for the future Command & Control capability. The MCA undertook a Further Competition under the Government Commercial Agency's Management Consultancy Framework Four (RM6309), Lot 3: Complex and transformation for an Accelerated Discovery partner.
