The North East Combined Authority (NECA) is the accountable body for the North East Local Enterprise Partnership (North East LEP). Sunderland City Council on behalf of the North East Local Enterprise Partnership (North East LEP) / NECA is seeking appoint an appropriately qualified contractor to support us to understand what methodologies could help us better understand the future skills needs of our sectors and industries. The study should focus on those methodologies that have a track record of helping decision-makers understand and plan for the future but are not currently being utilised or are being underutilised in relation to skills planning.
