TC1154 - Provision of Early Help Parenting Support for Black, Asian and Mixed Heritage Families impacted by County Lines, Exploitation and Youth Violence
Notice Description
The Early Help Parenting Support service will work in collaboration with children's early help and youth justice services to provide early help to 25 Black, Asian and mixed heritage families whose children who are at risk of county lines, criminal exploitation and serious youth crime in Manchester. The service will support the work of the locality based Engage panels ensuring that families receive early and timely support. Referrals will be from a range of service providers and include self-referrals from parents. The service will ensure collaboration with schools and existing programmes such as the Alternative Provision Taskforce and SAFE programme. Peer support will be provided through group work and a peer support forum for parents. Additional information: The Council is using the e-business portal known as the Chest. Applicants will need to register their details at the following link www.the-chest.org.uk. Applicants will need to electronically submit their completed tender documents, including online questionnaire, via the on-line portal by 11am on Thursday, 20th April 2023.
