Notice Description

Plymouth City Council is a partner of the Covid Channel Area Response Exchange (C-CARE) Project, funded by the ERDF as part of the France- (Channel) -England cross-border cooperation programme. The project started on 1 April 2021 and project activity will end on 31 March 2023. The partnership benefits from 7 project partners, 4 British and 3 French: Kent County Council (lead partner), New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership, Norfolk County Council, Plymouth City Council, Conseil Departemental du Finistere, Pas-de-Calais Tourism, Higher Education and Vocational Training Campus. The C-CARE project aims to provide responses to deal with the economic and social consequences of the COVID-19 Pandemic. It is a capitalisation project, which will draw on feedback from INTERREG France- (Channel) -England projects and will provide an analysis of the public policies implemented in the Channel area. It will begin with an analysis of initiatives put in place to help economic actors and individuals during the pandemic and build on the successes of these to set up new pilot activities on both sides of the Channel. The project is structured by work package, management, communication and 4 Technical Work Packages (WPT)
