The Authority's Statement of Requirements are split into two lots as follows: Lot 1 - Cluster 2 - Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education (GIFHE); Lot 2 - Cluster 3 - Cromwell Road The tender documents are ony available via YORtender.
