Notice Description

I am pleased to inform you that your company has been selected for a Direct Award for the Provision of Legal Advisers for Project Hex and therefore we would like to award the contract to you. The call-off contract shall commence on the 22nd June 2022 and the expiry date will be 21 st June 2023 for a period of twelve months.The total contract value will be up to PS230,000 excluding VAT. This Direct Award is being offered under Panel RM6204 Rail Legal Services Framework and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply. A copy of the contract is provided with this Award Letter and includes those Panel Terms and Conditions.
