Notice Description
the renewable transport and fuel obligation (RTFO) operating system (ROS) required amendment to implement legislative changes for EU fuel quality directive, article 7a and the indirect land use change directive (both agreed in 2015) with different elements requiring transposition by April and September 2017. The supplier is required to conduct a discovery phase to identify the best approach for successfully delivering the project to satisfy the regulatory changes to RTFO.
