Notice Title
CQC's Impact on the quality of care: working with providers and as part of the wider health and social care system.
Notice Description
The primary objective is to strengthen the evidence about CQC's contribution to improvements in quality of care. To achieve this, the project will: * Provide credible insight into the existing relationship between CQC, providers of care and other organisations active in the health and social care system, including the degree to which there is a shared view of quality. * Add to our understanding of how CQC's impact interplays with other influences on quality and the contribution CQC makes alongside those other factors. * Identify the potential for CQC to maximise its levers for improvements in the quality of care across the health and social care system. * Further develop appropriate indicators for ongoing monitoring of CQC's relationship with system partners and stakeholders for the remainder of the Strategy period. This work should provide actionable learning about how CQC can maximise its contribution to improvements in quality of care.
