Orion Building, replace existing roof plant room asbestos panel housing. Safe removal of asbestos panel housing to roof plant room. The Contractor is also to allow for the removal of any potentially contaminated surface - cladding, timber stud work etc. All works to be undertaken in compliance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and all associated / relevant legislation. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
