Sandwell MBC are currently seeking a supplier to appoint a suitably qualified firm of surveyors to advise upon the modification of a covenant appertaining to a retail site in Oldbury, West Midlands and, where a premium is considered payable, negotiate and agree the figure on behalf of the Council.
