Notice Description

The University of Southampton intends to appoint an external audit provider under the terms and conditions of Lot 5.4 of the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) - ConsultancyONE Agreement, Ref: RM1502, to provide the following services: 1. To support the activities of the University and its subsidiary undertakings with effect from the necessary audit work on the 2017/18 financial statements (year ending 31st July 2018). 2. To provide certification of the University's research grant claims (primarily EU Framework programme grants). 3. Supporting the University in complying with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR) in relation to the University's debt securities and any other further responsibilities as a result of the University becoming a Public Interest Entity.
