Supply of Christmas Trees 2022 TBW054 The council has a requirement for a suitably qualified contractor to supply and deliver a minimum of 13 Christmas trees: Tree Species: Picea Abies (Norway Spruce), Length: 7 - 8 Metres Width: 4 Metres at base (Minimum) Stem Diameter: 30cm Base Diameter: 30cm (to fit Ferrules) Quality: To be of premium quality and cut, and free from damage Shape: Uniform conical shape, dense even foliage from base to leader, baled/netted to protect branches whilst in transit, and free from any pests and/or diseases. The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal. From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to Quotation or other related documents. To submit a quotation, you will be required to 'Opt In'. For a Step by Step user guide to the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal please click on the 'Guidance for Suppliers' section of the website. All procurement responses must be carried out via the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.
