The Council is at the early stages of developing a Procurement Strategy and Business Model for Facilities Management (FM) and wishes to engage with the market to obtain intelligence to support the final decision. This will enable successful delivery of the best value for money solutions; deliver synergy benefits for the City, whilst meeting the needs and requirements of the Community and Stakeholders for either: a. 2 Contracts covering full Mechanical and Electrical servicing and repairs and Building fabric repairs. The contracts are likely to include Capital works up to PS35k for Mechanical & Electrical and PS20k for Building Fabric respectively. b. 1 contract for both disciplines resulting in a Hard Facilities Management contract
