Urgent repairs are required to our sitewide steam pipework as soon as possible as we have a major leak. We require a site wide steam shutdown for this work to take place, which needs planning with the end users to ensure that no work/services are compromised . The costs have risen due to the work needing to be completed in one day (Saturday) rather than two days This work is vitally important to be attended to asap, as it is starting to affect the fabric of the building.
