Summary of the contracting process

Short Term Services - Rapid Support Service

Notice Description

HCC published a call-off from the Help to Live at Home Open framework. A call-off for the Rapid Support service was undertaken through in-tend (reference AS19067) from 15 March to 31 March 2022. There was no restriction on how many lots one provider could be awarded. The Rapid Support Service will be delivered Countywide across Hampshire. Lots are primarily linked to an Integrated Care Systems (ICS) and hospital systems. However, referrals may come from any of the Hospitals within the Hampshire or outlying system or maybe a community referral. All referrals will be made to providers from the Council's Reablement Teams. The Services have been divided into 7 lotted contracts. The service contract will be for an initial term up to 31st March 2024 with the option to extend for a further year.
