Commissioning of public lighting installations. - To create high quality contemporary public art using lighting - To enhance the architectural features of the flagship Southwater One building and its immediate surrounds through a site specific light based public art commission. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
