The Authority is undertaking this market engagement exercise in order to inform the category strategy with regards to the route to market (eg open tender or via a Framework), and the feasibility of the requirement in respect of timescales and budget. Instructions to bidder Please go on EU Supply with reference ID 46656, and download the documentations attached (Market engagement document plus 3 drawings) and provide your response to the questions via the messaging facility by no later than 10am on Friday 5th November 2021.
