These programmes are: Rock Up Ready: TV and Film Career Launchpad TV & Film Fusion: Mastering the Art of Scripted and Unscripted TV & Film Careers Step up to HOD: Empowering Future Department Heads in the TV & Film Industry The overall aim of the above training programmes is to increase opportunities for employment of below-the-line production crew from underrepresented groups into the West Midlands screen industries. The training providers will form part of a network of suppliers led by Create Central to achieve this aim.
